Class Action Lawsuits Hit THQ Over uDraw

THQ has been having a tough year. The company has had to lay off several employees and has been the subject of corporate gloom for several months now.

And it sounds like their problems are only getting worse. Gamasutra reports that three law firms are now pursuing class action lawsuits against the company for the way it handled sales projections over the companies ill-fated uDraw franchise. THQ is alleged to have over-estimated sales considerably, leading to $30 million+ in losses.

There is estimated to be well over 1 million in uDraw stock sitting unsold in stores and THQ warehouses.
