ProSiebenSat.1 Games and MAIET Entertainment’s free to play, PC action MMO GunZ 2: The Second Duel has entered its final round of closed beta testing this weekend, until 10th November at 11:59 CET.
This final short beta will hopefully help to stress test the game’s revised network code and much improved matchmaking system before the games full release sometime before the end of the year.
In GunZ 2: The Second Duel players fight as warriors of of either the Axium Empire or the Republic of Travia in battles with highly stylised acrobatic combat (think Max Payne, crossed with The Matrix, with extra swords), elaborate settings and thrilling boss fights.
If any of that floats your boat, the good folks over at ProSiebenSat.1 Games have given us a bunch of BETA keys to give away to you, our loyal readers, passersby, and even your Gran, because we know how much she loves a good bit of PVP combat.

Here’s how to get into the game once you’ve gotten your code.
1. Register at http://gunz2.co.uk/ and create a ProSiebenSat.1 Games Player profile.
2. Verify your registration with clicking the verification link in the verification email you’ve received from ProSiebenSat.1 Games
3. Click on Closed Beta in yellow page navigation (http://gunz2.co.uk/closed-beta) and enter your closed beta key
4. Initiate the download, install the closed beta version of GunZ 2: The Second Duel and start the game
5. Login with your ProSiebenSat.1 Games account details, create a GunZ 2 player profile and join a game
6. Jump into the action of GunZ 2: The Second Duel
