The Koreans are Coming! Homefront:The Revolution Revealed. First Screens, Trailer

Crytek Have finally lifted the lid on their long in development Homefront Sequel.

Entitled Homefront : The Revolution, at development at Crytek UK (formerly Free Radical you know the guys  that made Timesplitters and Star Wars Battlefront) will be an open world FPS set in Philadelphia four years after those dastardly Koreans have invaded the good Ol’ US of A, transforming the country into a police state, it’s population kept under the heel by surveillance drones and armored patrols that crush any dissent with brutal force.

Taking on the role of  the leader of a local Resistance force, players will have to engage in guerrilla warfare and use ambush, infiltration and hit and run tactics in un-scripted firefights. they’ll also be able to recruit fellow revolutionaries and build improvised homebrew weapons if you want to stand a chance agains the superior military might of the North koreans.

According to the offical blurb the game features:

Homefront; The Revolution is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2015.
